Sales & Operations Coordinator

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Full-time

The Role

You will own our client pipeline end to end. Jerm is growing fast, and this role exists so that every client receives the attention a luxury brand promises: no serious inquiry ever waits, every project is guided expertly from first message to close, and every order is tracked from deposit to doorstep. You are the operational engine behind a founder-led creative brand.

What You’ll Own

  • First response to every inquiry (WhatsApp and Instagram) within 2 working hours
  • Qualifying clients: space, dimensions, style direction, budget
  • Advising clients on rug selection — recommending the right size, colors, and design style for their majlis, living room, or project, based on their space, furniture, and palette
  • Preparing quotations and 50% deposit invoices using our pricing system
  • Running our structured follow-up sequence until every lead closes or is properly closed-lost
  • Order tracking: production milestones, client photo and video updates, shipping coordination across the GCC
  • Coordinating production timelines with our workshop partners
  • Keeping the pipeline accurate daily and presenting numbers in a weekly review with the founder
  • Dispatching swatch and sample kits to qualified high-value leads

Who You Are

  • Saudi national or KSA-based, native Khaleeji Arabic and professional English
  • 2–4 years in luxury retail, interior design, furniture sales, or high-ticket client service
  • Solid interior design knowledge: you can look at a client’s room photo, confidently guide them on rug size, color harmony, and style, and explain why
  • Fluent with modern AI tools as part of how you work; Jerm runs on an AI-assisted workflow for design visualization and content, and you should be comfortable working with these tools daily and quick to learn new ones
  • You answer fast, follow up without being asked, and never let a thread die
  • Organized to the point of obsession: spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and written processes are your natural habitat
  • Comfortable with high-value clients who expect five-star communication
  • Bonus: CRM experience, Shopify familiarity, or a design-related degree or certification

Clear growth path: as Jerm expands into physical retail in Riyadh, this role is positioned to grow into Showroom Operations Lead.
