Woven by hand in Afghanistan, this Chobi rug is the sort of piece that gets better with a bit of foot traffic. The pattern is woven with the muted, vegetable-dyed palette the Chobi style is known for — soft rust, camel and ivory tones that mellow with age instead of fading out. Made from 100% wool with natural dyes, the colour has real depth to it — the kind you only get from pigment worked into the fibre, not sprayed on top.

Sized 220 x 150 cm (7.2 x 4.9 ft), it's roomy enough to define a seating area without swallowing the rest of the floor. As with any hand-knotted rug, expect small irregularities in the weave — that's the process working as intended, not a flaw. Currently marked down from SR 3,950 to SR 3,630.
