Every Chobi rug in this line starts on a loom in Afghanistan, where a weaver ties each knot by hand. It's woven with the muted, vegetable-dyed palette the Chobi style is known for — soft rust, camel and ivory tones that mellow with age instead of fading out, and you can see the difference up close. The wool takes natural dye unevenly on purpose, which is what gives a handmade rug that slight variation a machine-made one can't fake.

At 367 x 268 cm (12.0 x 8.8 ft), it's a solid anchor for a living or dining room — big enough that furniture can sit on it rather than around it. One rug, one weaver, months of work — which is also why no two pieces in this range are identical.
