This Chobi rug is hand-knotted in Afghanistan on 100% wool, the traditional way, with no shortcuts. The pattern is woven with the muted, vegetable-dyed palette the Chobi style is known for — soft rust, camel and ivory tones that mellow with age instead of fading out. The wool is undyed or naturally dyed where possible, so the colours are warm rather than flat, and the pile is dense enough to handle a busy household.

Sized 360 x 270 cm (11.8 x 8.9 ft), it's roomy enough to define a seating area without swallowing the rest of the floor. As with any hand-knotted rug, expect small irregularities in the weave — that's the process working as intended, not a flaw.
