Green forest chobi rug 303x246cm
Every Chobi rug in this line starts on a loom in Afghanistan, where a weaver ties each knot by hand. The pattern is woven with the muted, vegetable-dyed palette the Chobi style is known for — soft rust, camel and ivory tones that mellow with age instead of fading out. The wool takes natural dye unevenly on purpose, which is what gives a handmade rug that slight variation a machine-made one can't fake.
At 303 x 246 cm (9.9 x 8.1 ft), it's a solid anchor for a living or dining room — big enough that furniture can sit on it rather than around it. Deep forest green runs through the pattern, a less common colourway for this style and a striking one against timber floors. It ships as the individual piece shown in these photos; once it sells, that particular rug is gone.
