super fine Kazak 352x261cm
This piece is a hand-knotted Kazak-pattern rug from Afghanistan — no two ever come out quite the same. It's a Kazak-pattern rug, bold and geometric in the Caucasian tribal tradition, with a thick pile and saturated colours that read well from across a room, and you can see the difference up close. The wool takes natural dye unevenly on purpose, which is what gives a handmade rug that slight variation a machine-made one can't fake.
Sized 352 x 261 cm (11.5 x 8.6 ft), it's roomy enough to define a seating area without swallowing the rest of the floor. One rug, one weaver, months of work — which is also why no two pieces in this range are identical. It's currently reduced from SR 13,500 to SR 10,106.
