Every Paradise Garden-pattern rug in this line starts on a loom in Afghanistan, where a weaver ties each knot by hand. It's woven in the Paradise Garden pattern, a design that traces back to the walled gardens of Persian miniature paintings — rows of trees, flowers and water channels rendered in wool, and you can see the difference up close. The wool is undyed or naturally dyed where possible, so the colours are warm rather than flat, and the pile is dense enough to handle a busy household.

At 239 x 173 cm (7.8 x 5.7 ft), it's a good middle-of-the-room size — large enough to matter, not so large it fights the furniture. It ships as the individual piece shown in these photos; once it sells, that particular rug is gone. It's currently reduced from SR 6,200 to SR 4,548.
