Shipping & Delivery

  • Free GCC shipping. Delivery is complimentary to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, door to door.

  • In-stock pieces (Afghan hand-knotted, vintage and antique): dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 7 to 10 days.

  • Custom hand-tufted rugs: 65 to 75 days from deposit to delivery. This covers drawing, yarn dyeing to your colours, tufting, carving, finishing, freight and last-mile delivery.

  • Made-to-order Afghan hand-knotted rugs: 3 to 4 months. Knotting is done one knot at a time and cannot be accelerated.

  • Outside the GCC: we ship worldwide. Freight is quoted per order and confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

Payment

  • In-stock pieces are paid in full at checkout.

  • Custom orders are 50% on approval of your visual, which releases the design into production, and 50% before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

  • In-stock pieces: return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged.

  • Custom made-to-order rugs: not returnable. Your rug is dyed and woven to a design you approve before production begins, and it exists only for your room. This is why we do not rush the visual and colour approval stage, and why we will keep revising the design at no cost until you are happy with it.

  • If something arrives damaged or is not what you approved, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will put it right.

Handmade Disclaimer

Irregularities in size, colour and pattern are characteristic of handmade work. Finished dimensions may vary by up to 2% against the ordered size, and colour may vary slightly from a screen. These are signs of authenticity, not defects, and they are what distinguishes a hand-made rug from a machine-made replica.
