At Jerm Rugs, we ensure a seamless and reliable delivery experience for every order, from ready pieces to fully customized rugs crafted across multiple regions, including rural weaving communities.

Global Sourcing & Craftsmanship
Our rugs are produced in various countries, often in specialized workshops and artisan regions. This allows us to deliver authentic craftsmanship while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Ready-to-Ship Rugs
In-stock rugs are dispatched promptly and delivered via express shipping within approximately 5–10 business days worldwide.

Custom Afghan Rugs
Afghan hand-knotted rugs require approximately 3–4 months for production. Once completed, they are shipped via express delivery, similar to ready pieces.

Handtufted Rugs (Custom Orders)
Handtufted rugs are crafted based on your specifications and take approximately 3–4 months from order to delivery. Due to their weight, typically 5–7 kg per sqm, air shipping is not practical. These rugs are shipped via sea freight from our production sources, taking around 15 days to reach GCC countries and longer for international destinations.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
