Care Instructions

Regular vacuuming and immediate spot cleaning with a dry cloth are sufficient. Professional dry cleaning for wool rugs is recommended when needed. Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight to maintain color vibrancy.

Production & Delivery

Because every rug is crafted specifically for your order, we allocate a timeframe of 80–90 days for it to reach your door. Hand-weaving the rug takes 30–45 days, after which it is shipped via sea freight, which slightly extends the timeline. We state 80–90 days as a comfortable buffer to ensure your rug arrives without any delays that might disrupt your schedule. Shipping is free across all GCC countries and is delivered straight to your door via a reliable courier service.

Payment

50% upon order confirmation and 50% prior to shipping. We accompany you through every stage, from design approval to final delivery.
